“ I had a fantastic experience at ChickfilA today. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a breakfast sandwich, even though I arrived after the breakfast hours had ended. Their friendliness and willingness to help truly made my day, I made the order online but because of the long line I wasnt able to arrive on time, however they made me the sandwich. “ Came here during a drive down from Vancouver at night for a late dinner. Friendly staff and delicious. Havent had it for 5 years but it remains one of my favorite fast food places. The seasonal honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich was delicious. Always enjoy their shakes too. ”

There were about 5 million people there and an issue with the in person orders but everyone working were so gracious throughout, doing an amazing job trying to help everyone and incredibly kind to all of us! I was waiting with my toddler and ended up having to leave but they were accommodating in the face of an extremely stressful situation! ”

Their organization in terms of delivery of services speed of service is amazing, especially given the hoards of people that line up in their drive through my preferred option Ive never gone in before. Their servers are usually friendly courteous the opposite is an anomaly and doesnt happen often, and their overall food quality and service if 5!! If they make a mistake on an order, they will fix it and give you a coupon for a free item or similar. Their managers are often seen serving alongside the general staff. I have nothing but good things to say about them their salads and chicken sandwiches are handsdown the best in the fast food arena, and their fries and nuggets are pretty up there as well the nuggets can sometimes be on the salty side so you may want to taste them before driving off so you can have them replaced if needed. My three favorite of their restaurants are the ones in Kirkland, Bothell Canyon Park, and Lynnwood on 196th Street. ”

“ This is one of the favorite kids restaurants. They love kids meal as well as the playground inside the restaurant. The fact that ChickfilA supports Christian values just adds more confidence the restaurant will be very prosperous in the Bothell area. ”
